Paul Scotland followed in the footsteps of gardening guru Roy Lancaster when he started his career creating rock gardens and water features in the municipal parks of Bolton. But he took a path through more exotic gardens when he explored his interest in Viking history while working as a landscape gardener in Norway and Iceland.

He managed to master the languages but soon discovered there was nothing to compare with the green fields of England. And now he uses his International experience to make the most of gardens closer to home.

Paul has trained in all aspects of horticlture and landscape. He became a plant driver when he left school so he is even qualified to work heavy machinery needed to construct large water and rock features.
